How do I create an account?
Open ClosetMindAI on iPhone and choose an available sign-in method. Your closet and preferences remain associated with that authenticated account.
How do I build my digital closet?
Add one clothing item at a time with the camera or Photo Library, review its details, then save it to your closet.
How do I create my first outfit?
Add the core clothing categories, choose how you want to feel and the occasion, then ask ClosetMindAI to create your look.
Closet
How do I edit clothing?
Open an item from your closet and use its available edit controls. Changes remain tied to that wardrobe item.
What do Favorites and Laundry do?
Favorites express pieces you value. Laundry keeps unavailable clothing out of current outfit decisions until it is ready again.
Outfits
How are recommendations created?
ClosetMindAI combines eligible pieces from your closet with mood, occasion, weather and saved preference signals.
Why should I rate an outfit?
Your rating provides a preference signal that can improve future recommendations without changing the clothes you own.
AI Stylist
What can I ask ClosetMindAI?
Ask for a look, style around a real piece, refine the current outfit or request a concise explanation of why a combination works.
Does the stylist use my real closet?
When wardrobe context is available, the authenticated app uses eligible items belonging to your account. The public website never accesses your closet.
ClosetMindAI Preview
How do I create a Preview?
Generate an outfit, choose Wear This, then continue into ClosetMindAI Preview when your account is eligible and a body reference is ready.
Is a Preview exact?
No. It is an AI-generated visualization. Fit, proportions, color and fabric appearance may vary.
How is my body reference handled?
It is associated with your authenticated account for Preview. The app provides controls to replace or delete it.
Premium
How do I manage or cancel Premium?
Manage or cancel the subscription through the Apple account used for the purchase. This website does not process iOS subscriptions.
What if Premium is not recognized?
Confirm you use the correct ClosetMindAI and Apple accounts, then use Restore Purchases in the app. Contact support if access still does not update.
Account, privacy and troubleshooting
How do I delete my account or private reference?
Use the account and ClosetMindAI Preview controls in Profile. Review the Privacy Policy for current data-handling details.
What should I do if generation does not finish?
Check your connection, avoid duplicate taps and try once more. If it continues, contact support with the screen and approximate time—never send passwords or private images.
What should I do if I cannot sign in?
Confirm the sign-in method used for the account and retry on a stable connection. Contact support if the issue continues.
