Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to the ClosetMindAI iOS app, website, and related services operated by Marcos Antonio Soris Duque (“ClosetMindAI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the iOS app where applicable. If these terms conflict with mandatory law or Apple's applicable terms, the controlling requirement prevails.

You must be at least 13 and legally able to agree to these terms, or have the authorization required in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and activity under your account.

Tell us promptly at closetmindai.support@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised. You may not access another person's account or transfer your account without permission.

ClosetMindAI helps you organize a digital closet, receive personalized outfit recommendations, interact with ClosetMindAI, and, where eligible, request ClosetMindAI Preview after choosing Wear This. Features may differ by device, operating system, region, connectivity, entitlement, or release stage.

We may use on-device and cloud intelligence automatically. The service may be updated, improved, limited, or discontinued, and experimental or beta functions may change without notice.

Outfit recommendations, classifications, explanations, and generated content are automated suggestions. Review them before relying on them. They are not professional medical, safety, legal, or financial advice.

ClosetMindAI Preview is an AI-generated visualization, not a physical fitting or exact simulation. Fit, proportions, color, fabric appearance, and garment details may vary from reality. Do not use a Preview to make safety-critical, medical, or body-measurement decisions.

You retain ownership of photos, messages, closet details, and other content you submit. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide that content and that it does not violate law or another person's rights.

You grant ClosetMindAI a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and display your content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service in accordance with the Privacy Policy and your consent choices. This license ends when the content is deleted, subject to necessary backups, legal obligations, and processing already completed.

Do not use ClosetMindAI to violate law or rights; upload content you do not have permission to use; harass, exploit, deceive, or harm others; test or bypass security; scrape or overload the service; distribute malware; reverse engineer restricted components except where law permits; manipulate subscriptions, quotas, referrals, or Ambassador records; or use generated content to impersonate a real person deceptively.

We may block content or activity and suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, or the service.

Premium subscriptions are purchased and billed through Apple. The price, billing period, free trial if any, renewal terms, taxes, and regional availability shown by the App Store at purchase govern the transaction. Apple manages payment, renewal, cancellation, and eligible refunds.

You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple account settings and restore eligible purchases in the app. Deleting the ClosetMindAI app or account does not by itself cancel the subscription. Premium access may require a valid Apple receipt and backend verification.

The service, brand, logo, software, interface, editorial design, and non-user content are owned by ClosetMindAI or its licensors and protected by law. These terms give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose; they do not transfer ownership.

Feedback may be used to improve ClosetMindAI without obligation to you, but we will handle personal information in feedback under the Privacy Policy.

ClosetMindAI depends on services supplied by Apple, Firebase/Google, OpenAI, Open-Meteo, and other disclosed providers. Their availability and separate terms may affect parts of the service. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond what applicable law requires.

We work to provide a reliable premium experience but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Internet access may be required for cloud features, account synchronization, purchases, and ClosetMindAI Preview.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties not expressly stated here. We do not guarantee that a recommendation, classification, generated image, or weather context will be complete or exact.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClosetMindAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, or loss of profits arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You may stop using the service and delete your account through the in-app controls. We may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated violations, fraud, security risk, legal requirements, or conduct that threatens the service. Where reasonable, we will provide notice or an opportunity to correct the issue.

Terms that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, completed payment obligations, disclaimers, and limits of liability—will continue to apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States, without overriding consumer protections that apply in your place of residence. Any dispute will be handled in a competent forum under applicable law.
