1. Purpose and scope
This Policy applies whenever an Ambassador mentions, demonstrates, reviews, tags, links to or otherwise promotes ClosetMindAI in any medium. It supplements applicable advertising law, platform rules, campaign instructions and the Ambassador Program Terms; the strictest applicable requirement controls.
2. What must be disclosed
A material connection includes the possibility of earning commission, complimentary Premium, gifts, discounts, early access, travel, campaign payment, employment, family or personal relationships, or anything else that could affect how an audience evaluates an endorsement. Disclose even when the opinion is unbiased or no commission has yet been earned.
3. Disclose with every endorsement
The relationship must be disclosed with each endorsement, not only once, in a profile, on an About page or in an earlier post. Followers may not have seen previous disclosures and should understand the relationship before acting on the recommendation or referral link.
4. Clear, conspicuous and close
Place the disclosure where it is hard to miss, close to the endorsement or referral link, in readable size and contrast, and before any truncation such as “more.” Do not bury it among hashtags, links, terms, comments or at the end of lengthy content. It must remain visible long enough to read and must not be contradicted by the rest of the content.
5. Match the content format
A visual endorsement needs a visible on-screen disclosure. An audible endorsement needs an audible disclosure. Video containing both should disclose in both audio and video. Stories and short-form posts should place readable text on each relevant frame. Live streams should repeat the disclosure periodically so viewers joining later can notice it. Podcasts should disclose audibly before or with the endorsement.
6. Language and accessibility
Use the same language as the endorsement and plain words ordinary viewers understand. Make disclosures accessible through adequate contrast, captions and audio where applicable. Do not rely on abbreviations or wording that the intended audience may not recognize.
7. Recommended wording
A strong default is: “ClosetMindAI Ambassador — I may earn a commission if you subscribe through my link.” When other benefits apply, add them clearly, for example: “ClosetMindAI gives me complimentary Premium and I may earn commission from this link.” Translate the complete disclosure into the language of the content.
8. What is not enough by itself
A personalized referral code, “affiliate link,” “commissionable link,” #ambassador, #partner, #collab, “thanks ClosetMindAI,” a platform paid-partnership label, or a disclosure available only after a click may not clearly communicate the financial relationship. Platform tools may supplement—but do not replace—a plain, prominent disclosure.
9. Honest experience and supportable claims
Endorsements must reflect the Ambassador's honest, current experience. Do not claim to use a feature that was not used, describe results that did not occur, omit important limitations or make a claim ClosetMindAI could not substantiate. ClosetMindAI Preview must not be described as exact fit, exact measurement or guaranteed appearance.
10. Reviews, testimonials and social proof
Do not create, buy or distribute fake reviews, testimonials, followers, likes, comments or views. Do not condition a reward on a positive or negative review, suppress honest criticism, reuse someone else's experience as your own or present actors or AI-generated people as genuine customers without a clear and lawful disclosure.
11. Monitoring and corrections
Marcos Antonio Soris Duque, as the individual and sole proprietor operating the Program, may review public Program content and request evidence, disclosure changes, corrections or removal. The Ambassador must respond promptly and preserve relevant records. The Program Operator may pause links, commissions, benefits or payments while a material compliance concern is reviewed.
12. Violations and local law
A violation may result in correction requirements, campaign removal, suspension or termination under the Program Terms. Ambassadors outside the United States must follow local law as well; U.S. rules may also apply when content can reasonably affect U.S. consumers. Questions or reports may be sent to closetmindai.support@gmail.com or ClosetMindAI, 19900 NW 37th Ave Lot B66, Miami Gardens, Florida 33056, United States. Do not send passwords, banking credentials, tax identifiers or identity documents by ordinary email. Nothing in this policy replaces legal advice.
